Detective Hercule Poirot

This is a characterture of a Belgian detective from a movie called Murder on the orient express. I really liked his low set moustache and facial features and I couldn't resist pausing the movie to try and sketch him.

The Heron print (1st state).

This is the largest woodcut I have done so far (40 x 50cm). It will have a total of 5 colours and be printed 3 times over 2 different blocks. Each print took about 20 minutes to complete and today I did a total of 22 so it has been a long day and night!

The Little book page #2

I believe this book was originally made for a doll house. But why not turn it into a tiny art journal full of tiny paintings. It is the cheapest art journal I ever bought only costing 18 pence.

Boat the short film clip

This video is to my first little film clip on you tube. It is of a 16 page artist book I created called boat. In this clip Joy Mills turns the pages as Pink Floyd shine on you crazy diamond plays in the background.
